We are looking for an Office Administration Apprentice to join our team. Is this you?
We are an experienced IT company based in North-London, offering a wide range of services to help businesses get the best out of their technology. Working with businesses of all sizes and infrastructure across the UK, we tailor a solution to meet individual needs.
The Key Responsibilities for our Office Administration Apprentice are to:
- Process and coordinate up to date client documentation
- Assist in delivering a high level of customer service
- Collate quarterly reports and feedback surveys
- Prepare and assist with client, supplier and service provider communications
- Co-ordinate projects and deliveries with Tech team
- Share ideas and best practise with colleagues and peers
- Help to cross and up-sell the portfolio across the client base
- Sales cycle and opportunity management
- Work with the Financial Manager to enable accurate monthly invoicing
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Assist in the ongoing auditing of business processes in accordance with ISO 27001 and 9001 accreditations
Entry requirements
All you need is EEWAP – Energy, Enthusiasm, Willingness to Learn, Ability to Take Feedback and Propensity to Take Action.
You’ll also need to pass a face to face screening interview with the Talent Team at LDN Apprenticeships and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
Skills Required
- Customer Service experience with high attention to detail
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a progressive, fast-paced team
- Good grammar, spelling and phonetic alphabet use
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Efficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
- High levels of organisation and ability to multi-task
- Interest in / aptitude for technology
- Enjoy the demands that come with working in a client-facing environment to defined KPI’s
