Smart solutions to basic problems

Here at techrelate we know the importance of getting to know our clients so they can confide in us with all the information necessary to quickly diagnose a problem, in this case Cheryl knows Colin and doesn’t hesitate to communicate the fact that since paper was refilled the printer hasn’t worked – this helped Colin diagnose the paper tray guides being out of place and add a way for Cheryl to diagnose the problem in future herself.
