The golden ticket

As an IT company we are used to getting tickets through for an array of issues, whether that is password resets, VPN issues, signature updates or even that dreaded ‘I’ve deleted the wrong document and need to recover it before my boss finds out’.

Our team of engineers are a dab hand at all issues and since lockdown in March our ticket numbers have gone up with the increase of people working from home. As a company we did not know how Corona Virus would affect us, but as all our staff started working from home, and so did our client’s staff, we had to adjust to the new normal quickly.

We set up new offices in people’s homes, we provided laptops, chairs, monitors and printers for our client’s staff where needed. We helped get access to new VPN’s and even fibre. We were all in it together and still are.

Over the past few months our support desk has got busier and we have been working hard to ensure that our clients have us as their one stop shop for all their technological support needs.
